  • Pay our fees as agreed

5. Fees and Payment

Our fees are set out on our Pricing page and/or in individual engagement letters. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of issue. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts.

Our services are provided in accordance with applicable professional standards, ethical guidelines, and UK law. We maintain professional indemnity insurance appropriate to our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except in cases of fraud or where limitation is prohibited by law.
